Presently, Nicola Madden-Greig is Group Director-Marketing & Sales at The Knutsford Court Hotel, Group Director-Marketing & Sales at The Holiday Inn Sunspree Resort (Jamaica) and Group Director-Marketing & Sales at Courtleigh Hotel & Suites.

She is also on the board of Pegasus Hotels of Jamaica Ltd., Tourism Product Development Co. and National Hotels & Properties Ltd. and Vice President of Jamaica Hotel & Tourist Association.

She received an MBA from the University Of The West Indies and an undergraduate degree from Florida International University.
