Rhian Holder
Rhian Holder has a BA (Hons) Social Anthropology & International Development from Trent University and an MA (Dist.) Heritage Studies from UWI Mona. She is a development professional, with over 20 years of immersion in social research, project and programme management, and monitoring & evaluation in the human rights, youth and child development, disaster risk reduction, gender, security and livelihoods sectors. In her current role as Senior Manager, Social Development and Monitoring & Evaluation at the Jamaica Social Investment Fund (JSIF), she has oversight for the World Bank portfolios at JSIF, manages the M&E Unit that tracks and reports on JSIF and project performance, and provides technical support to project teams on social development matters and project design.
